You Yes You! Project Receives $2,100 from the Indianapolis Public Transportation Foundation

You Yes You! Project received a $2,100 grant from the Indianapolis Public Transportation Foundation to continue to provide free bus passes to our recently-released fathers and their immediate family on an as-needed basis. The Indianapolis Public Transportation Foundation’s mission is to help our community thrive by connecting people through accessible, equitable, and inclusive mobility solutions.

“Transportation is one of the biggest barriers for our families,” said You Yes You! Project Executive Director, Ericka Sanders. “We are incredibly grateful to the Indianapolis Public Transportation Foundation as the funds will allow us to continue to support our families by providing free 31-Day bus passes.”

Emily Lovison Executive Director of the Indianapolis Public Transportation Foundation says “In partnership with IndyGo, IPTF is thrilled to support nonprofit organizations throughout Marion County with bus pass grants. We know these passes will provide the most vulnerable in our community with necessary connections to jobs, healthcare, education, and other essential services.”
